Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation at one of our U.S. TurboTax locations.

You will deliver expert tax advice, complete returns, and coordinate with specialists on business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will also grow the local client base, host community events, and strengthen relationships through ongoing, year-round support. This role emphasizes in-person client meetings and seamless collaboration with the Intuit

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed tax professional with strong preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season preferred.
• Familiar with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem tools like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
