Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, including business and personal tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit tools to offer broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships and drive client loyalty across channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance for future financial goals.
