Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations. You will serve clients in-person and virtually, build a local client base, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end tax services.

You will engage with customers through various channels, advise on personal and business tax scenarios, and help expand TurboTax’s local presence across communities while leveraging Intuit marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions and related services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
