Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, handling in-person and virtual clients with comprehensive tax services and advisory support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local client base, nurture relationships, and represent TurboTax in community activities while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, attract new clients, and build loyalty.
• Serve as the local face, organize events, and partner with marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
