Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support, and also grow the local client base through community outreach and events.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions, ensuring every client leaves with a clear path forward and ongoing support from Intuit's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, building a local client base and relationships through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
