Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax prep and personalized advisory within a collaborative team.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, handling a range of personal and business scenarios and guiding customers through the full Intuit ecosystem. This role emphasizes building local clientele, participating in community outreach, and coordinating with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists

Qualifications

• EA/CPA knowledge and/or active CPA/EA status preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 1040s (federal and state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax software tools.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
