Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, serving customers in person and virtually.

You will grow the local client base, provide personalized tax planning, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
