Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax guidance in a community-focused role.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients, from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios, while growing the local client base. You will connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and represent the brand as a trusted community ambassador.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using Intuit tools and video platforms.
