Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States, delivering expert tax advice, preparation services, and software support while building a local client base.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to offer end-to-end services, from simple W-2 filings to complex business scenarios, and participate in community outreach for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
