Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert advisory for individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences in your community.

You will also act as a community ambassador, driving local growth, organizing events, and building a trusted presence for TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence per Intuit policies.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through trust and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
