Job summary

Intuit seeks Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, run discovery sessions, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll grow a local client base, build relationships, and participate in community outreach while ensuring a high-quality customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite 8am–5pm, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear uniforms; marketing/advertising use of name.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
