Job summary

Intuit seeks seasoned TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a local TurboTax location. You will deliver full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support onsite, guiding clients through personal and business tax scenarios while coordinating with a broader team.

You’ll help grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to provide end‑to‑end tax solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or licensed attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location and hours 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver full service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
