Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform onsite tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team to provide personal and business tax support and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will engage with clients to understand their full financial picture, drive local growth, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and proactive service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
