Zusammenfassung

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You will also act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships. A strong emphasis on local presence and customer service is required.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development and wear Intuit uniforms for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with accurate tax solutions and future planning advice.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients through local engagement.
• Assist clients via in-person meetings and Intuit video tools.
