• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
