Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You'll provide full-service tax return preparation, advise clients, and connect them with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, while delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, host community events, and represent Intuit to customers with empathy and professionalism, using TurboTax tools and marketing support to build lasting

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience and tax laws knowledge.
• CPA or Practicing Attorney preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and advise on future tax planning.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience across services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer service and support.
