Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with local clients, perform complex tax reviews, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will build relationships, participate in local events, and promote the Intuit ecosystem while offering personalized support in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising purposes.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds and provide tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning or Credit Karma.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience and ensure clients leave with a clear path and full support.
