Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support clients both in-person and virtually. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals and relate services across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and participate in local events.
• Connect clients with complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.
