Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver personalized, end-to-end tax solutions for clients facing a range of tax situations.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and leverage Intuit resources to ensure a seamless customer experience from discovery through final delivery and follow-up support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments and future tax planning.
• Collaborate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Build local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy, assisting in-person and virtual clients.
