Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Tax Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States, combining tax expertise with community engagement. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This role emphasizes local market growth, client relationships, and high service standards, with training and growth

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must reside in the United States and hold related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and referrals.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experiences with accuracy and empathy.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
