Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to work on-site at a TurboTax location, roughly 20 hours per week, with potential expansion during peak tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and referrals, acting as a local TurboTax ambassador.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address client needs.
• Deliver a high-quality, end-to-end customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
