Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, helping with personal and business taxes, and coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a complete financial picture. You will drive local growth, build trust within the community, and leverage Intuit marketing tools

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
