Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 forms/season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a professional, helpful demeanor.
