Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader advisory network.

You will grow a local client base, deliver end-to-end customer experiences, and work with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists. This is a year-round, on-site role with peak-season hours.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; use name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build Relationships: establish long-term trust and recurring client engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professionalism and clear client communication onsite and via video tools.
