Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support. You will act as a local ambassador, attract new clients, and collaborate across Intuit teams to deliver comprehensive year-round financial guidance.

You will build relationships, offer in-person and virtual support, and help clients navigate complex personal and business tax situations while growing a local presence for TurboTax.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships, delivering a trusted, end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor.
