Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance for personal and business needs. You will collaborate with tax professionals and specialists to provide end-to-end support within a local TurboTax location.

You will build relationships, grow the local client base, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide to connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
