Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, helping clients navigate personal and business tax situations with a localized, customer-first approach. You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and leveraging marketing resources to drive growth while ensuring

Formación

• Active EA and PTIN with strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite and expand services beyond basic filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain complex tax concepts in clear terms.
