Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services. You will serve as a trusted advisor and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes in a collaborative, in-person and virtual environment.

You’ll grow the local client base, run discovery sessions, and partner with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, mainly 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through targeted outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and turn one-time clients into loyal customers.
