Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work collaboratively with tax and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, helping clients with personal and business returns, deductions, and planning. Role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and cross-selling Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping or payroll, with an on-site schedule 8:00

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.
• Training and development may be required; uniforms and branding use are required.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Experience with holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Create exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual channels.
