Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for clients. The role emphasizes community outreach, new client acquisition, and long-term relationships, while delivering personal and professional service to individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with training as needed
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in branding efforts
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert (community outreach)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience with in-person and virtual support
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing and community engagement efforts
