Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support.

You will collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end service and help clients navigate complex financial situations. You will grow the local client base, organize community events, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training and up-skilling
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
