Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at local TurboTax sites across the United States.

You will meet with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and small-business tax needs and connecting them with Intuit specialists for comprehensive solutions. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Develop understanding of client needs and connect them with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear guidance.
