Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service, from tax planning to filings, while growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client support, community engagement, and collaboration across Intuit solutions. Onsite presence and adherence to local hours are required.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals.
