Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax expertise, client advisory, and end-to-end service in a local TurboTax location. You will work closely with a team of specialists to support personal and business tax needs and grow the local client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, ongoing professional development, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location with standard hours and some peak-season scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with teams offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
