Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to serve in-person and remote clients, delivering comprehensive tax solutions and facilitating cross‑selling of bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

The role emphasizes community engagement, client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through strong tax knowledge and local presence.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in broad tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Engage in discovery sessions to uncover deductions, plan taxes, and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences with care and professionalism.
