Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and end-to-end preparation services at on-site locations across the United States. You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and maintaining year-round relationships, with training provided by Intuit. On-site hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax market presence.
• Coordinate with business tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
