Job summary

Intuit seeks Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, handling tax preparation and advice for individuals and businesses. You will connect clients with a broad Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services, while building a thriving local practice.

Role emphasizes community engagement, customer-first service, and continuous upskilling through Intuit training and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and current tax preparation credentials.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Strong tax knowledge with ability to provide complex tax advice and planning.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients meet financial goals.
