Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping and payroll. A strong customer-service orientation and on-site availability are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm local time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear, actionable tax guidance.
