Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide tax advice and complete returns on-site at a local TurboTax location. You will engage customers, understand their financial picture, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will work primarily on-site 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with at least 20 hours per week, and participate in ongoing training, marketing, and community outreach to grow the local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week and参加 training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build lasting relationships and serve as local TurboTax ambassador.
