Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

Role emphasizes building local relationships, expanding the client base, and connecting clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. On-site hours are typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a minimum of 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. residency and ability to obtain state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s or more with professional tax software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred for advanced advisory work.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams within Intuit.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Complete required training and comply with corporate standards.
