Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end support.

Role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools. Onsite hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak tax season.

Formación

• EA/CPA with active PTIN and tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns (30+ per season) with pro software.
• Onsite availability 20 hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and establish community relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Attend trainings and comply with Intuit policies.
