You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert guidance, and software support while coordinating with tax specialists for end-to-end client care. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of tax prep filing 30+ 1040s per season
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00
• Willing to upskill into additional service types

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Act as community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build relationships to convert new prospects into long-term clients.
