Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support in person and virtually, helping clients navigate complex financial situations. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ tax seasons of 1040 returns using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; 8am-5pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
