Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to both in-person and virtual clients, acting as a trusted, knowledgeable guide through complex tax scenarios.

You will help grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Willing to onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory experts for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
