Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Experience using professional tax preparation software and familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to grow into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.
• Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service.
• Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
