Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare taxes, advise clients, and support local growth in a dedicated TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end service and build lasting client relationships.

Role emphasizes on-site presence, community engagement, and cross‑selling Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll, with training provided. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8am–5pm local, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly; training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure a top-tier customer experience.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service in local meetings.
