Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will deliver tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM M–F for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Lead client meetings to understand complete financial picture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and tax planning guidance.
