Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a seamless on-site to online experience for personal and business clients.

You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, participate in community outreach, and offer year-round support with access to marketing resources and software tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/photo for advertising
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Build relationships and deliver a year-round client experience
• Engage clients in in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit tools
