Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working on-site at TurboTax locations. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll grow your business in the community, leverage TurboTax tools, and help clients with personal and business tax needs, deductions, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; community engagement.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences in client meetings.
• Maintain excellent customer service in-person and via video tools.
