Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll help grow TurboTax’s local client base, build long-lasting relationships, and leverage marketing tools to reach new customers.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri for 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development per business needs.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax expert; bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Guide clients to Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist via in-person and video tools.
